Cancellations & Refunds
Brainviser believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3–5 days of placing the order. However, if the order has already been communicated to the vendor and shipping has been initiated, cancellation may not be possible.

We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (e.g. flowers, eatables). However, you may request a refund or replacement if the delivered item is of unsatisfactory quality.

For damaged or defective products, please report to our Customer Service team within 3–5 days of receipt. The merchant will inspect and confirm before we process your request.

If the product doesn’t match its on-site description or your expectations, notify us within 3–5 days of delivery. Our team will review and decide on next steps.

For items under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Once a refund is approved by Brainviser, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 days.
